Since we announced the 1st Circular Call for Paper, the authors from 53
countries have responded actively and submitted about 500 abstracts. On
the other hand, many authors asked if the deadline for submission of
abstracts could be extended properly due to the limited time. After careful
discussion, the organization committee decides to extend the deadline time
to March 31, 2005. We especially welcome the authors to contribute their
results from energy, metallurgy, education, …… We encourage you to
submit your abstracts as soon as possible, and welcome you to this most
significant event held in Beijing.
